Job Details: Civil Project Manager Land Development & Stormwater (Northern Virginia) Responsibilities: Join a growing team shaping communities across Northern Virginia through innovative land development solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects while collaborating with top-tier clients and technical experts. Manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction, including land development and stormwater management design Prepare and review site plans, grading, drainage, and utility layouts Coordinate with clients, local jurisdictions, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with Northern Virginia regulations and permitting requirements Oversee budgets, schedules, and project deliverables Mentor junior staff and support business development efforts Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in land development and stormwater design Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain in Virginia Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software Strong knowledge of local codes, permitting, and environmental regulations Excellent communication and project management skills To apply please send a resume to View email address on click.appcast.io.
