Leasing Consultant
Position: Leasing Consultant
Location: Victoria, Texas 77904
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Position Summary
ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Leasing Consultant to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property tours and present community features, pricing, and amenities to prospective residents.
Maintain guest cards, follow-up activities, and leasing traffic within property management software.
Process rental applications and required documentation accurately and efficiently.
Prepare leases, renewals, notices, and move-in paperwork.
Collect deposits and leasing-related payments in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate move-ins and provide resident orientations.
Support resident retention and lease renewal efforts.
Maintain the appearance of model units, leasing offices, and common areas.
Track occupancy goals and leasing performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
Qualifications
Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
Apartment industry experience strongly preferred.
Experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, ResMan, or MRI is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
