Branch Recruiter: Talent Scout & Candidate Coach

The Adecco Group in Smyrna, TN is seeking a Recruiter II to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across multiple clients. You will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, guide colleagues, and may serve as team lead in their absence.
