What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on records review and clinical interviews with inmates.
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on assessments.
• Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately in healthcare records.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques effectively.
• Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions to meet individual inmate needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care delivery within facility protocols.

What You Need

• Current active CA license: LCSW or LPCC
• Minimum of relevant mental health experience
• Strong knowledge of psychological counseling theories and crisis intervention skills
• US Citizenship (for ICE clearance purposes) – expedited clearance available
• Ability to pass thorough background and credit investigations
