Epic Application Support Specialist

Pay Rate: $80 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Support, analyze, design, build, configure, and implement Epic applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Epic application issues (break/fix support).
• Work with end users to improve workflows and system functionality.
• Document workflows and provide user education/training.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Support system enhancements while maximizing Epic Foundation functionality.
• Use analytics to recommend workflow improvements and measure enhancement success.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups across the organization.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree required.
• High School Diploma/GED plus 4 additional years of Epic application support experience (in lieu of an Associate's degree).
• Minimum 1 year of Epic application support experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Epic certification or Epic proficiency.
• Experience with Epic application configuration/build.
• Healthcare IT experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently.
