We bring together planners, engineers, architects, construction management staff, environmental, strategic communications, economists, management consultants and specialists across disciplines to solve complex mobility challenges with innovation, technical excellence, and a deep understanding of community needs. In the role of Land Surveyor, we'll count on you to: Assist in field layout and measurement Prepare base maps Perform standard calculations to determine elevation, areas and volumes from field survey notes Use standard tapes and electronic field equipment in a fashion consistent with accepted rules Perform basic calculations from field note data, and read, interpret and use topographic maps and design drawings Demonstrate understanding of basic survey or CAD computer applications This position is subject to a preemployment drug test. Perform other duties as needed Required Qualifications Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience Experience with AutoCAD An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe HDR is our company.
