Customer Service Representative

Hours: 8:00a.m.-4:30p.m. Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Food service knowledge preferred.
• Should possess ability to recognize and correct problems, request assistance to correct them when necessary, or refer them to the appropriate supervisor.
• Able to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
• Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned to him/her.
• Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft office suite applications including Outlook; ability to learn and effectively use other computer software systems.

Job Level: 10 Base Wage: From $17.00-$19.87 Per Hour Department: Customer Service
