We are seeking a full‑time Associate Chiropractor who is looking for structured mentorship, clinical confidence, and long‑term growth in a supportive, systems‑driven environment. What You Can Expect in This Role Your First 90 Days First 30 Days Structured shadowing and onboarding Technique calibration and clinical flow training Learning our rehab systems, documentation, and patient communication Gradual transition into patient care with supervision Days 31–90 Increasing patient autonomy Weekly case reviews and mentorship check‑ins Continued support with adjustments, rehab progressions, and patient education Focus on confidence and consistency — not pressure Beyond 90 Days Full patient schedule Eligibility for performance bonuses Ongoing mentorship and skill development Optional exposure to outreach, referrals, and leadership growth You will never be thrown into the deep end — mentorship is intentional and structured.
