Kapco Inc. is looking for an experienced Resistance Weld Operator on 1st shift at our Osceola, WI facility.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform spot welding and projection welding on multiple resistance welding types of machinesOperator may hold components together manually, fasten into jigs, or secure with clamps to align in specified assembly positionInitiates foot switch to electrodes using file, tip dresser or emery clothMust be able to perform all welding duties effectively and efficientlyPerform quality checks using proper measuring devices during operation and completes quality recordsStop production when quality issues are detectedComplete appropriate paperwork, including labels, accurately and completelyOther duties as assignedAbout Kapco Metal StampingKapco is known for investing in its people and creating a culture of engagement, and is equally as committed to giving back to the community.
