Dishwasher Details:
- Temporary position
- $14.00 / hour
- Part Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 03:00pm )
- Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Wash, sanitize, dry, and store dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and food-preparation equipment.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, work surfaces, cooking areas, walk-in refrigerator, and freezer.
- Sweep and mop kitchen and food-preparation areas.
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and organization of kitchen supplies.
- Monitor dishwashing and plumbing equipment and report maintenance issues promptly to the Head Cook.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.
Dishwasher Qualifications:
- Ability to safely operate dishwashing equipment and handle cleaning chemicals according to established guidelines.
- Must have knowledge of basic sanitary standards, food safety practices, and proper cleaning procedures.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Must be capable of establishing an attitude of goodwill, friendliness, and concern for the needs of others, especially the elderly.
