Front Desk Professional - Oral Surgery (Ellabelle, GA; Hinesville, GA; ...)

Join our team of professionals in an established oral and maxillofacial surgery practice. At Chatham Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, we are looking for a front office assistant who is primarily responsible for providing outstanding service to patients. You should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer facing role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, the duties and responsibilities of the front deck are to ensure our patients are welcomed in a positive manner and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

The goal is the "win the car ride home". Responsibilities include but not limited to tasks such as greeting patients, processing patient paperwork at check in, answering phones, scheduling consults as well as ordering general office supplies and administrative support across the organization.

Skills

• Experience: Proven work experience as a Front Office Representative at a dental practice preferably in an oral surgery specialty.
• Keen and very adaptable in learning new management software

This is a full-time position with occasional overtime.

Must be willing to travel on occasion to our multiple locations.

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift - 7:00AM - 5:00PM
• Day shift
• Four Day Work Week
