JOB SUMMARY:

TH Plastics, Inc., a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green, Ohio Molding Division.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The IT System Administrator 2 position provides advanced support and administration of core IT systems across multiple facilities. Leads troubleshooting, system management, and IT projects.

SCHEDULE:

• 1st Shift
• Monday – Friday
• On call rotations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate or some education in the Information Technology field
• 3-6 years of related field work
• Advanced Computer Skills
• Systems Experience
  • Google Workspace
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • Windows Service (roles, patching, performance)
  • Citrix (administration and troubleshooting)
  • Networking (VLANs, WAN, Wireless)
  • Manufacturing systems (IQMS/RealTime preferred)
  • VoIP systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Regular on-site attendance / Travel as Requested

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Tier 2-3 support and act as an escalation point
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Manage Citrix environment (sessions, apps, performance)
• Support and maintain IQMS/RealTime systems
• Troubleshoot network and multi-site connectivity issues
• Support and deploy VoIP systems
• Lead IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements
• Coordinate with vendors and manage escalations
• Maintain system documentation
• Proactively identify and resolve issues
• All other related duties as assigned
