Associate Therapist | AMFT, ACSW, APCC

All Minds Clear Family Therapy, Inc. is seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Therapist (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC) who is committed to providing thoughtful, client-centered care while continuing to grow clinically. Our clinicians serve children and adolescents ages 6-17, young adults, adults, couples, and families experiencing mood disorders, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. We understand that Associate clinicians are still developing their professional identity and clinical expertise. We are not looking for someone who already knows everything—we are looking for someone who is coachable, curious, accountable, and committed to becoming an excellent clinician. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Provide couples and family therapy within your training, competence, and supervision. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment goals and plans. Develop thoughtful case conceptualizations that consider development, relationships, family systems, culture, environment, strengths, and presenting concerns. Utilize evidence-informed and developmentally appropriate interventions. Maintain timely and clinically appropriate documentation. Complete risk assessments and safety planning when clinically indicated. Participate actively in clinical supervision, case consultation, team meetings, and professional development. Collaborate appropriately with caregivers and other members of a client’s care team. Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, ethical standards, and Associate licensure requirements. Maintain consistent availability and work toward developing and sustaining an agreed-upon caseload. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for an Associate Clinician position with All Minds Clear Family Therapy, Inc., candidates should: Hold a qualifying master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Professional Clinical Counseling, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited educational institution. Hold a current and active California Associate registration appropriate to their discipline (e.g., AMFT, ACSW, or APCC) and remain in good standing with the applicable licensing board. Be eligible to practice under clinical supervision in accordance with California requirements. Demonstrate a foundational understanding of clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, case conceptualization, and psychotherapy interventions. Understand professional ethics, confidentiality, mandated reporting, professional boundaries, and appropriate clinical documentation. Be willing and able to provide services to a diverse client population, which may include children and adolescents, adults, couples, and families based on training, competence, and supervision. Be willing to participate consistently and actively in clinical supervision, consultation, training, and professional development. Demonstrate reliable communication, attendance, documentation, and follow-through with clinical and administrative responsibilities. Be able to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and seek supervision or consultation when clinical situations extend beyond current experience or competence. Maintain all registration, supervision, continuing education, and other professional requirements applicable to Associate clinicians.
