Job responsibilities:
- Document observations, interventions, and patient response in the medical record.
- Work 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts.
- Provide patient education related to the treatment plan and follow-up resources as directed.
- Maintain clear communication during handoffs to support continuity of care.
- Support de-escalation approaches consistent with unit policy and scope of practice.
