Advertising Sales Executive- Print & Digital (Utility Safety & Fleet)

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Advertising Sales Executive to sell print and digital advertising solutions within the utility safety and fleet industries. This role is ideal for a consultative salesperson who understands B2B media, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and can confidently engage decision-makers across utilities, fleet operations, safety, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell advertising across print publications, digital platforms (newsletters, sponsored content, webinars and online campaigns)
• Develop and manage a pipeline of new and existing advertisers within the utility and fleet industries
• Build strong relationships with marketing leaders and executives
• Create customized advertising solutions aligned with client goals and budgets
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and production teams to ensure successful campaign execution
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and key players within the utility and fleet markets

Qualifications

• Preferred 2+ years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or B2B sales
• Experience selling print and/or digital advertising preferred
• Knowledge of/or exposure to utility, fleet, safety, construction, or industrial markets is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools
• Requires travel to industry events 3–6 times per year

Salary: Base salary plus commission with potential to earn $80,000+ annually.
