Front Desk & Guest Experience Agent - Flexible Schedule

PEG Companies, Inc. seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
You will handle phone inquiries, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.
Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required; familiarity with reservation systems is a plus and bilingual skills are advantageous.
