Please refer to the Blain's Farm & Fleet position description for accurate pay range information.Job DutiesThe Head Cashier would reconcile cash register receipts and prepare bank transactions. They would also monitor, correct, and submit payroll information, and perform all duties of a Retail Cashier, and Customer Care Desk Clerk, along with other assigned duties that would ensure that the customer has an efficient, pleasant shopping experience.Fill the registers with changeBalance the store safeTransport of reserve money to and from the bankReconcile reserve moneyOrder and maintain store office suppliesBalance DNR receiptsComplete and file required paperworkManage Gift Registry and assist customersHelp in other departments as assignedDemonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and proceduresQualificationsGreat communication skillsPrior Retail experience preferredAble to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekendAble to pass a background checkEEO StatementBlain Supply, Inc and Blain's Farm and Fleet (collectively "Blain's") is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
