ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Founded in 2012, our agency is led by Daniel and supported by a team of 10 dedicated professionals who bring a strong blend of insurance, claims, and financial services experience to the work we do. Daniel has more than 25 years of personal experience in the industry and holds a bachelors degree in Biomedical Chemistry from Oral Roberts University, along with FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 certifications. He is deeply family-oriented, married for 18 years with four children, and brings that same care and thoughtfulness into helping individuals and families tailor coverage to their real needs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Daniel Parker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
