About the role

We are looking for a superhero-level Lead Ad Creative Producer to lead and control the entire creative production operation at one of Ruby Labs' fastest-growing consumer products.

This is a producing lead (player-coach) role. You produce winning ad creatives with your own hands and you run the production operation. This role is not about writing briefs and coordinating - it is about conversion, control, standards, and consistency at scale, with your own creatives setting the bar for the team.

You will own the creative production process end-to-end: how creatives are ideated, designed, reviewed, refined, approved, and delivered. You are accountable for winning creatives, creative quality, execution speed, compliance, and production discipline. You will work directly with User Acquisition Managers and manage a team of a creative producer and designers, acting as the final creative quality and compliance guard before any asset reaches testing or traffic.

Deliver a reliable stream of winning ad creatives by concentrating production volume on proven winning angles, while running a disciplined, fully traceable, compliant production operation - from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production Leadership

• Personally produce ad creatives - concepts, hooks, scripts, and finished assets - alongside the team. This is a producing lead role, not a coordination role.
• Own end-to-end ad creative production execution across all formats (static, video, UGC, motion, AI-generated creatives).
• Act as the final approval authority for all creatives before testing or launch.
• Ensure all creatives meet:
  
  • Brand and visual standards
  • Pixel perfect design
  • Platform-specific best practices and compliance requirements for Meta, Snapchat, and Google
  • Clear UI / visual hierarchy
  • Performance-oriented execution

Creative Process Management & Monitoring

• Design, enforce, and continuously improve the creative production workflow.
• Monitor creative work during production.
• Identify execution risks, quality drops, or bottlenecks early and resolve them immediately.
• Maintain consistent production speed without sacrificing quality.
• Keep all production traceable in a single tracking system.

Creative Quality Assurance & Feedback Ownership

• Provide continuous written feedback to producers and designers throughout the production process.
• Ensure feedback is:
  
  • Clear
  • Specific
  • Actionable
• Actively guide creatives while they are being produced, preventing rework and quality regressions.
• Uphold a consistently high creative bar across all outputs.

Creative Development & Ideation & Control

• Lead ideation and conceptualization of new ad creatives.
• Translate strategic direction and performance insights into creative briefs.
• Stay current with AI-driven creative tools, formats, and industry trends.
• Work closely with User Acquisition Managers to understand creative performance signals.
• Incorporate performance feedback into creative improvements and future concepts.
• Support testing strategies by delivering clear, test-ready creative variations.

Market & Competitor Creative Intelligence

• Continuously research competitor creatives across consumer tech markets.
• Benchmark creative quality, formats, hooks, and execution approaches.
• Apply relevant insights to elevate internal creative standards.

Cross-Team Coordination

• Act as the execution bridge between:
  
  • Producers and designers
  • User Acquisition Managers
• Ensure alignment, clarity of expectations, and smooth handoffs across teams.

Reporting & Accountability

• Provide regular updates to the management of the company:
  
  • Creative pipeline status
  • Production velocity
  • Quality consistency
• Take ownership of creative execution outcomes and continuously raise standards.

Qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years of experience with OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) products - you understand what drives people to search for information about others and themselves, and can translate that into creative angles.
• Proven hands-on experience producing ad creatives for Meta, Snapchat, and Google campaigns .
• Proven experience managing multi-format, high-volume creative pipelines.
• Strong portfolio of performance-driven digital ads with numbers attached (spend, CPA, ROI).
• Experience in restricted or compliance-sensitive ad categories is a strong plus.

Technical & AI Skills

• Deep understanding of Meta and Google advertising policies and compliance - including restricted content categories, misleading ad design rules, and personal-attributes limitations - with proven experience keeping high-volume accounts in good standing.
• Ability to judge, before launch, whether a creative will pass platform review, and to redesign concepts that won't without losing their conversion power.
• Solid understanding of paid advertising platforms and creative performance metrics (CPA, ROI, CTR, spend concentration).
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools across the production stack: image generation, video generation, avatars/UGC, scripting.
• Ability to evaluate creative quality objectively against data, not subjectively against taste.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
