Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living Full-Time Physical Therapist - $7,500 SIGN ON BONUS! Deliver evidence-based therapy services that promote resident mobility, function, independence, and quality of life. Maintain timely and accurate documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Educate residents, families, and team members regarding treatment plans and wellness strategies. Support residents in achieving their personal goals while honoring their preferences and routines.
