We're looking for an experienced and Licensed California Architect to join our Education team working on various projects from K-12 to higher education in our Fresno office.

An ideal candidate will serve as a primary technical resource to project teams, consistently apply and deepen their understanding of general concepts, standards, and team dynamics, and offer high-level technical and design documentation support. This individual has experience with projects ranging in size and complexity in the Education market. We are looking for a stellar individual who wants to change the world, one project at a time. 1. Engage in design discussions and critiques, contributing ideas that elevate innovation and design quality.
2. Participate in all project phases, from concept through construction, bringing both creative and technical expertise to the work.
3. Translate design ideas into buildable, high-quality solutions that reflect thoughtful, purposeful architecture.
4. Contribute to the preparation of presentations and materials for clients and marketing efforts.
5. Develop and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and consultant collaboration to support project design and delivery.
6. Provide and/or receive technical guidance and mentorship, depending on your level of experience.
7. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is realized and project goals are achieved.
8. Support or lead project planning efforts, including budgets, schedules, and quality control reviews.
9. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to foster successful relationships and project outcomes.
10. Participate in construction administration, ensuring design integrity through project completion

You'll Bring...

• California Architect License.
• A bachelor's degree in architecture (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of relevant architectural project experience in K-12 projects in California
• Proficiency in BIM/Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, or other 3D modeling tools (a plus).
• A genuine interest in both design and technical excellence – you see architecture as the art of bridging creativity and constructability.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $83,600- $145,000 annually. Compensation and level DOE.
