We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shift Manager to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Duties

Duties
- Serve customers correctly and complete orders within service time goals
- Prepare and serve high-quality products as per standards
- Maintain proper image and follow company policies
- Clean work stations and ensure restaurant image standards
- Provide direction and feedback to colleagues
- Monitor shift activities to ensure compliance
- Supervise colleagues and provide adult supervision to younger colleagues
- Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures
- Prepare each shift to meet customer needs
- Ability to lift and move 55 pounds
- Control and utilize equipment safely
- Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Understand directions and product specifications
- Supervise and motivate colleagues to meet goals
- Previous experience in restaurants or retail preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
