Physical Therapist- 15K Sign On Bonus

Job Summary In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards. Compensation: $80,000-$105,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with an additional $15,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for additional compensation for certifications and location differentials. Responsibilities Review patients’ medical history. Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed. Track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.
