The Division of Critical Care in the Department of Pediatrics at Stanford University School of Medicine/Stanford Medicine Childrens Health is recruiting two Clinician Educators at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor Clinical Associate Professor or Clinical Professor. These positions will be primarily focused on clinical work at Lucile Packard Childrens Hospital in Palo Alto CA and a community-hospital based Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco CA.

The major criterion for appointment as Clinician Educators is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care teaching administrative and/or scholarship appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill.

Academic rank and line will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
• Contributing to teaching research and administrative duties based on candidate interest.

To be successful in this position you will bring:

• An MD/DO degree and Board Certification in Pediatrics and either Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine and a California Medical License by the time of hire.

Clinical Assistant Professor: $301000 $319000
Clinical Associate Professor: $347000 $365000
Clinical Professor: $402000 $442000

This pay range reflects base pay which is based on faculty rank and years in rank. It does not include all components of the School of Medicines faculty compensation program or pay from participation in departmental incentive compensation programs.
