Associate, Fund/Client Accounting -2nd shift

Job Overview We’re seeking an Associate to join our Hedge Fund Accounting team in Lake Mary, Florida (four days in office per week, 2nd shift). Responsibilities Assist in conducting accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and funds, including driving service improvement plans, targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes, and specialist review functions; allocate expenses and prepare reports. Under supervision, perform routine Fund/Client Accounting responsibilities such as cash and asset reconciliations related to assigned funds. Reconcile account expenses and ensure appropriate allocation; escalating complex transactions to senior team members. Prepare first‑draft reports for clients regarding fund performance. May assist in answering client questions regarding fund reports and accounting processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 0–3 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in accounting preferred. No direct reports; may have people‑management responsibilities in some geographies.
