• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of recent experience within the last 7 years required 2. Cases: Physical Therapy experience, Outpatient Clinic experience, Ortho experience required 3. Certifications: MD PT License, BLS required; CertDN preferred 4. License: Must have either compact license or MD license; some units accept pending MD license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days (Mon-Fri), alternating start times 8. RTO: No RTO permitted during first two weeks; no more than 7 days per 13-week contract; must be included at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: Must have been separated for minimum of one year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate; driver's license copy required at submittal 11. Background: Not specified 12.
