Remote Customer Service Representatives

Position Highlights

Pay: $18.50/hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: Between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
100% Remote

Candidate Requirements

Strong customer service skills; call center experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are welcome.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:

Reliable computer or laptop ( No MacBooks or Chromebooks )
Two monitors/screens
USB headset
Webcam
Ethernet connection to router

Special background package required.

Training & Assessment

Training is 100% remote and lasts 3 weeks.
Candidates cannot miss any training sessions .
Following training, candidates complete approximately 3 weeks of nesting with trainer support before working independently.
An assessment must be completed before moving forward.

Assessment is provided by the client upon request.
Candidate must receive a GREEN score to pass.

Job Duties

Take inbound calls for the Maryland Health Exchange.
Assist callers with Medicare and health insurance enrollment.
Answer questions related to healthcare benefits and coverage options.
Provide exceptional customer service while managing a high call volume.

Important Notes

Representatives are required to stay on calls until the queue is clear.
Overtime applies when needed.
