After training, you'll transition to our base hourly wage plus uncapped commission compensation plan. Sales Partners who consistently meet or exceed sales goals typically earn $25–$30+/hour in total compensation (base pay + commission), with many earning $50,000+ in their first year.What We're Looking For18 years of age or olderFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
