Key Responsibilities The analyst will support functional areas day-to-day operations: Customer Returns (RMA) RMA Credits RMA PRN Resolution Failure Analysis / Quality Feedback Systems (QFS) Warranty Repairs Factory Drop Ship Billing Support root cause investigations and process improvement initiatives by leveraging data and business insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery. Communicate analytical findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders. Document business processes, procedures, requirements, and training materials to support standardization and knowledge management. The successful candidate will demonstrate a service management mindset by: Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset. Strong ownership and accountability for assigned work. Data-driven decision-making skills. Effective collaboration and communication. Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly. Strong documentation and organizational discipline.
