Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds safely.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and kitchenware in designated areas for easy access by kitchen and service staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down as required.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, organizing kitchen supplies, and reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
