• Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions targeting communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing enhancements.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to build integrated care plans.
• Provide education for patients and their families to foster progress beyond therapy hours.
• Occasionally contribute to inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care throughout each patient's journey.
• Keep comprehensive and accurate documentation per state, federal, and organizational standards.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through reading, attending seminars, and exchanging knowledge with peers.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required if not yet certified by ASHA.

Certifications

• Possession of a valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
