Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childcare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development, committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment, and works well collaboratively with staff, children, and families. Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children
• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Support childrens social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding childrens progress
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and productive workplace
• Follow all licensing regulations and center policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center (required)
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, patient, and nurturing attitude
