Shift: 2nd Shift. Schedule: Monday- Thursday 3:00pm-1:00am, Friday- Overtime day. Pay Range: $28.50- $31.75

Purpose & Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of cleanroom operations on a variety of products
• Perform race gaging on a wide variety of components
• Assemble bearings at a highly skilled level needing radial play and making necessary adjustments with components to meet specifications, assemble bearings requiring contact angle and making adjustments to specifications
• Shield assemblies, using a greater variety of lube methods (dip and drain, drop, vacuum and impregnate, centrifuge methods) by specification
• Primary Package including other methods such as pill pack, nitrogen back fill, etc
• Operate standard and unique measuring equipment that may require adjustments and interpretation
• Work on special or prototype units completing assemblies and related work without specific written instructions or procedures
• Work with customer or government source inspectors
• Lend technical support and train others as needed
• Perform basic wash operations
• This individual may generate and/or handle regulated (i.e. hazardous/non-hazardous) waste as part of this job. This must be disposed of in accordance with federal/state regulations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Ability to read and understand prints, process sheets, and engineering specifications
• Ability to use and setup gaging
• Ability to use tweezers, microscope, bush buttons, turn knobs, or levers
• Basic mathematical and mechanical skills are required
• Basic computer interface skills are required
• Strong attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task and coordinate work activities to be efficient and productive is required
• Strong ability to follow written and prescribed work instructions/procedures and tasks
• Strong ability to read and interpret specifications, acceptance criteria, and engineering drawings
• Ability to work independently and in a team along with solid training and mentoring skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Situational/Spatial awareness along with strict adherence to PPE/safety protocols is required
