Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience. Drink Preparation: Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and presentation standards. Bar Operations: Manage bar inventory, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and efficient operations. Cash Handling: Process payments, manage tabs, and accurately handle cash transactions. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment. Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a high-energy environment and manage multiple tasks. Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications.
