Location: Beauty Master (In-Store) Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Job Description Beauty Master is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable K-Beauty Sales Team Lead to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves Korean beauty products, enjoys working with customers, and can confidently lead and motivate a sales team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily store operations while serving as a role model for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the K-Beauty sales team on the floor Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on K-Beauty products Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques Assist with visual merchandising, inventory, and product launches Help achieve and exceed sales goals Communicate effectively with store management Qualifications Previous retail or beauty sales experience (K-Beauty experience preferred) Leadership or team‑lead experience strongly preferred Passion for skincare, cosmetics, and K-Beauty trends Strong communication and customer service skills Spanish and Portuguese speaking preferred Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr BEAUTY MASTER
