CNC Machinist

Machine Shop TechnicianBe able to produce high quality machined parts using various types of machine tools.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Must be proficient in reading blueprints.• Be able to verify conformance of finished work pieces by using measuring instruments common to the machinist trade.• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.• Must be hard working.• Must be reliable.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Job Requirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent.Must have at least 2-year experience in a machine shop environment, production and/or job shop.Have a good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Must have math skills, measuring skills, and Blueprint reading skills.CNC Set-up and Operation experience is a PLUS.Able to work independently and responsibly.Must be resourceful and a self-starter.Available to work 2nd Shift of necessary.Schedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-time
