We’re looking for an experienced engineering leader to own our Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platform, backend engineering, AWS cloud services, and the shared platform capabilities that support these experiences. You’ll get to: Lead and develop a team of software engineers, cloud engineers, and product owners.Define and execute the technology roadmap for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), backend services, and shared platform capabilities.Design, build, and operate secure backend services, APIs, and microservices that support websites, mobile applications, customer registration, warranty, service, and other digital products.Lead the architecture and operation of cloud-native solutions and shared services running on AWS.Build reusable platform capabilities that enable multiple product teams across the organization.Establish engineering best practices for DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, reliability, and platform performance.Partner with Product Management, Digital Experience, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, and Data teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.Ensure customer identity, backend services, and cloud platforms meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.Drive platform modernization, improve engineering efficiency, and reduce technical debt.Coach and mentor engineers while fostering a collaborative, accountable engineering culture.The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
