Job Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, checking them into the waiting queue, and managing lobby traffic. Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Educate clients on technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions. Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to all bank policies and procedures. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service. Ability to build trusted relationships by demonstrating genuine care and concern during interactions with clients. Ability to engage clients through clear, polite communication and anticipation of client needs. Ability to resolve client issues with detail and consistency, providing a seamless client experience. Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately. Client service experience or comparable experience. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions. Cash handling experience.
