With a starting base salary: $120,000+ with healthy quarterly bonuses with a clear, easy path to earning $200,000+ in total compensation!

Attorneys, AI creates the billing entries for you! You can focus on client advocacy and legal strategy without spending unnecessary time on administrative tasks. You will never have to get your hands dirty with the money — a dedicated firm administrator manages expense tracking, reimbursements, and client trust accounting processes.

• An autonomous billing system that screen-records work activity and automatically generates time entries

FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a focused family law caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation and trial matters when necessary
• Represent clients in Colorado family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and post-decree issues
• Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Provide clear, compassionate, and strategic legal guidance to clients
• Maintain strong client communication and relationships
• Collaborate with a dedicated paralegal who supports your cases and helps manage workflow
• Delegate effectively and mentor support staff as needed
• Maintain accurate case documentation, time entries, and compliance with firm processes
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members using modern technology and firm systems

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $120,000+ depending on experience
• Performance Bonuses: Quarterly bonus opportunities with total compensation potential of $200,000+
• Attorneys are expected to maintain approximately 100 billable/collected hours per month (threshold may vary based on base salary). Attorneys who exceed this expectation are eligible for quarterly bonuses based on additional collected revenue.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Active member in good standing with the Colorado Bar
• 3+ years of family law experience, including litigation and trial exposure
• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High emotional intelligence and genuine care for clients
• Strong organizational and case management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Collaborative team mindset and willingness to work closely with paralegal and administrative support teams
