Operations Manager - Boy Scout club Our Operations Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the front desk. This individual hires, trains, manages, and oversees the front desk staff to ensure members receive the highest level of customer service. Compensation Base hourly pay: $15-$17 plus commissions and monthly bonus opportunity.
