Burton Center is seeking a dedicated House Assistant to support adults 21+ with disabilities across three homes. The role is full-time, first shift, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with on-call hours as needed. You will ensure safe, well-maintained homes and assist with shopping, budgeting, and daily routines. As part of a compassionate team, you will train Direct Support Professionals to implement Individual Support Plans, coordinate staffing, and communicate with families in a warm, professional #J-18808-Ljbffr
