Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer III to join our dynamic team in Redford, MI. In this role, you will leverage your engineering expertise to design, develop, and improve mechanical systems and components. Responsibilities- Design and analyze mechanical systems and components using CAD software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects.
- Develop and implement testing procedures to validate designs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and interns.
- Prepare and present project documentation and reports to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance product development.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with project management and leading engineering teams is a plus.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred but not required.
