Position Summary
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will help plan and lead fun, engaging, and meaningful programs for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will
Support social, educational, recreational, spiritual, and wellness-focused activities
Build strong relationships through encouragement, engagement, and creativity
Assist with event setup and cleanup
Transport (drive our 15-passenger bus) residents to and from programs and group outings
Promote a positive, inclusive, and uplifting environment every day
Work independently with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Your energy, enthusiasm, and compassion will bring purpose and joy to our residents while helping them live each day to the fullest.
