What You'll Bring (Requirements):
- A minimum of 2 years of Assistant Management experience, currently, in the QSR industry is required.
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is required.
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Communication and team management abilities.
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
