Our ICU provides the services our community needs close to home.A Registered Nurse who excels in this role:Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needsIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventionsProvides care appropriate to condition and age of the patientPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordResponsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patientWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
