Physical Therapist Rehabilitation

Schedule: 8-hour daytime shifts.

Assignment Details: 13-26 week commitment, with guaranteed hours available.

Requirements:

• Active physical therapy license.
• General certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
• Rehabilitation certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.
• Less than 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze patient needs and progress.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide coaching and instructions to patients for rehabilitation.
• Document patient treatments and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
