Reporting Location: N Austin, Tx Compensation: $25.30 / hour + 6% or 8% shift differential for applicable hours worked (paid weekly) Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekends dependent on business needs) Start Time: 8am until workload complete Benefits of working for Primo Brands: Health Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), dependent care flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) Retirement/Investing: 401K with a 5% match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Insurance: Employee Life Insurance, short and long-term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, spouse/domestic partner/child life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment Other great benefits: Employee discounts, save on auto, home, and pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, 9 paid holidays and 3 paid floating holidays, paid leave for when you have a baby, adopt a child, or become a foster parent, legal services, identity theft protection, employee assistance program (EAP), adoption reimbursement benefit, FEDlogic, commuter benefits Responsibilities Load and unload Vbed trailers (as required) Ship, receive and validate all product deliveries and returns Restock products as required, FIFO Organize, and stage products to support daily warehouse operations Execute daily inventory process: Demand count / RMS entry for 3G and 5G and coolers AM checkout process including random audits Ensure proper handling and accounting for product damages as well as in house usage Weekly ordering of products and supplies EOM inventory process, document quality control bottles for return inventory, restock and maintain warehouse Count FG for factory, end of month counter and random audits Verify morning changes Supervise general housekeeping of warehouse including consolidation of product, sweeping, organizing, etc. Light facility maintenance and parking lot clean up Complete facility security / safety inspections Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must be willing to work overtime as needed Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years) Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation PC experience is preferred (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates Primo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.
