Senior Data Engineer

$150,000 – $175,000 BASE SALARY + EQUITY

This is a high-impact role focused on building data-driven systems that power operations, not just measure them—working across large-scale, high-complexity environments such as manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and product performance. What You’ll Do Design and build scalable data models, pipelines, and production-grade systems Develop real-time and near real-time monitoring solutions for system and operational performance Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, automated data workflows Build systems that improve efficiency across operations, planning, and production environments Partner cross-functionally to shape how teams make decisions and run processes Own projects end-to-end from problem definition through implementation and measurable impact Continuously iterate to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability What We’re Looking For 6+ years of experience in data-focused roles (analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar) Strong SQL and Python fundamentals Solid foundation in data modeling (dimensional, relational, or entity-based) Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines and systems Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Proven ability to own problems and deliver business impact Nice to Have: Experience working with real-time, streaming, or event-driven data Exposure to operational environments (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, hardware, or infrastructure systems) Familiarity with modern data tooling (dbt, Spark, cloud data platforms) Why This Role Work on systems where data directly drives operational outcomes Go beyond reporting and build solutions that change how teams and systems behave High ownership and scope — strong contributors quickly take on meaningful responsibility Collaborate with a highly technical, product- and engineering-focused team Join an environment with significant scale, complexity, and opportunity for impact Competitive compensation + meaningful equity If you’re interested in building systems that move beyond analytics into core operational impact, this is a unique opportunity to do so in a fast-growing, technically demanding environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harnham
