- Manage a dedicated book of business, including individuals and businesses.
- Review and prepare complex tax returns with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide proactive tax planning, strategy, and compliance oversight.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to staff development.
- Support firm growth through client retention and business development.
- Active CPA license required.
- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience, preferably with some supervisory exposure.
- Strong technical tax knowledge and practical experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into firm leadership.
