Overview Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate at NECOA (Coway) located in Stonebriar Centre Mall, Frisco, TX (75034). This role is a regular part‑time position. Responsibilities Demonstrate NECOA water purification products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs. Create a memorable experience that builds rapport with customers. Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff. Keep displays clean, functional, and ready for demos. Document and report sales accurately, including competitive insights. Use a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Help customers make selections by building confidence. Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Attend regularly and meet or exceed personal sales goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of job experience, and at least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Tech‑savvy, problem‑solving, and outgoing personality. Comfortable engaging customers and demonstrating products with training. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compensation & Benefits $18–$20 per hour base pay, paid weekly. Monthly sales bonuses. Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability required. Paid online training.
